It is ITSA’s intention and goal to promote competitive tandem surfing in a manner that maintains both the spirit of “Aloha� and the fair and equitable treatment of its members, supporters, judges, and spectators. To this end, ITSA requires its members to seek resolution to any grievances by completing this form in full, and submitting it to any member of the ITSA Advisory Committee for review and remedy.

If any ITSA member fails to comply with the written ITSA Grievance Policy and/or attempts to mediate or remedy a grievance by conducting oneself in an unsportsmanlike manner, he/she will be subject to disciplinary action and may have his/her membership in ITSA revoked.
